Pastoral Care
Renaissance College is a large through train school on one campus. It is important that all of our students know their rights and responsibilities, make friends, feel safe and know who to go to for help.
The pastoral care system at Renaissance College provides a support network for students and helps promote a sense of community.
Heads of Year
We have appointed Heads of Year in the Secondary School to support our students’ academic and pastoral care needs. Our Heads of Year monitor students academic performance, emotional and social welfare and behaviour management.

Advisory
Our daily advisory classes are split into year level. They provide a channel of communication for parents and teachers, and advisors are able to monitor students on a daily basis.
